Are you looking to sell your home and would love that first impression to really make a statement? Putting your home on the market is a big step and of-course the goal is to sell it quickly and for your desired price. Its really important to take a step back, to asses your whole home critically just like you would if you were buying. This is where we come in, with our help, we'll turn your decorative theme, furniture and rooms to a swoon worthy style ready for sale. The Visit Visiting your home will typically take 1-3 hours depending on size and condition of the property and I will be more than happy to make simple recommendations during the visit The Report You will receive an electronic written bespoke report with room by room proposals which will give guidance on maximising space + light, decluttering, giving rooms functionality and dressing up the décor ready to sell. This report will help you decide what rooms you may want to prioritise and whether or not you need our services. Property review visit fee from £120 depending on location. (Currently covering Wiltshire, Gloucestershire) Staging & Styling The report and quote I provide will give advise on any additional furniture, furnishings and décor required and any renovation work that may be needed. Rental furniture for short or long term periods can be arranged to dress up the property if needed. Staging fee £40 per hour - minimum 4 hours
